Why Japan Is The Best – Part 1 of ?

Of all the creative flotsam I encounter on the Internet everyday, it seems that a disproportionately high percentage of it is either made in Japan, created by Japanese people or is greatly influenced by something Japanese. With in mind, I’d like to present the first of who-knows-how-many posts dedicated to Japanese creative media.

This video, which I saw on Surly Blog, is by Nagi Noda. A quick glace at her Wikipedia page informed me that she was a female Japanese pop artist who died in 2008 at the age of 35. Depressing, but her work is amazing.
